At EnableAbility, we offer personalized support, skill workshops, community activities, and family assistance to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through tailored programs, practical workshops, social engagement, and supportive resources, we create an environment where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.
Our team is comprised of certified child development specialists and behavioral therapists who have transformed the lives of children aged 18 months to 21 years for over 15 years. Dedicated to providing tailored support, they empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive. The founder of EnableAbility, Jessica Costantino, brings a wealth of expertise to our organization. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology focusing on Child Development, a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and certifications as a Behavioral Therapist and Licensed & Certified Child Development Specialist, Jessica has extensive experience in New Jersey's Children's System of Care, Performcare, and NJ Early Intervention System. Her dedication shines through as she has worked with families across the state of New Jersey, mentoring parents and implementing life skills for children on the Spectrum and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Jessica's passion lies in equipping each family and child with the skills they need to thrive.
According to recent statistics, approximately 15% of the world's population, or over 1 billion people, are estimated to be living with some form of disability. Among them, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) constitute a significant portion, facing unique challenges in various aspects of life. Despite advancements in awareness and accessibility, many individuals with IDD still encounter barriers to full participation in society. EnableAbility is committed to addressing the challenges faced by individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and ensuring their full inclusion in society. Through our comprehensive support programs, advocacy efforts, and community initiatives, we strive to break down barriers and empower individuals with IDD to lead fulfilling lives.
